Today I Lectured My Sister on Why She Should Read Harry Potter

My sister (Rhami [the younger one]) told me she never read Harry Potter and she said that Harry Potter was stupid. So I explosioned on her.

I told her that she is merely following the ways of her idiot friends and conforming to something that she doesn't really know too much about.

I'm going to force her to read and enjoy Harry Potter.

She WILL thank me later.

Being in Paraguay

I didn't really experience too much reverse culture shock. BUT I think it would be really fun/funny if I just yelled, "YOU DON'T KNOW ME! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH!"

haha.

Esperanza Rising in the Empire of Daisies - A Bird in the Empire

This is the newest song in my arsenal. It is slowly growing. My arsenal that is. I have like 6 songs. three more for a full length album! :D

I realized that my songs have been about some weird things. I wrote a song about Heaven (The Most Wonderful World You've Ever Seen). I wrote a song about Hell (Deadman Wonderland). And now, this latest song is about the World. I thought it was interesting that I unconciously wrote songs about these places.

Anywho, look forward to the completion of my newest song. :)

Chronic Dissatisfaction

I was watching the movie "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" by Woody Allen and I liked a term they used in the movie. The term was Chronic Dissatisfaction. I liked it because it is so very true.

I was considering my own life and regardless of who I liked, I could always find something that would hinder the possibility of having a married life with them. Yes. I think that far ahead. I'm a man that likes to think about things deeply. Perhaps too deeply but I don't care.

I guess I could say that I am a chronically dissatisfied human but I know that it would be impossible to be chronically dissatisfied with God. :) So I know that I won't regret my career choices in wanting to become a missionary and such.

The term "missionary" doesn't sound that cool though. I'd rather be called...I can't think of anything. I'll figure something out.

Gagaga. I tied God to Vicky Cristina Barcelona somehow. hohoho.

I loved Paraguay a lot.

Paranoia Before Paraguay

I've been watching a show called "Burn Notice" which is about a spy and what he does and stuff. This show teaches you a lot about a lot of spy things. This got me extremely paranoid. I noticed a lot of things that I normally wouldn't notice and such. It was weird.
