2LDK

This is by far the most fascinating movie I've watched this year. It's about two roommates who don't connect well. I'd consider it a short film because it only goes for an hour long but not sure. I don't even know if I should recommend this film or not. Watch at your own discretion. It's pretty funny at times.

PostScript. Some of you may be wondering what the title means. It means 2 bedrooms, a Living room, a Dining room, and a Kitchen. It's the type of apartment they are in.

The Unfortunate Incident at Oxford Academy

I've recently heard of this. My APUSH teacher was arrested for sexually molestationing a female student. I was quite shocked to hear this because I thought he was a happy family man. They also picked the scariest picture they could find of him too.

Anywho, it kind of saddens me because he was a really cool human being. So much prayer is needed right now. For me. As well as him. As well as that female student. I wonder what happened? I thought of investigating through my over abundant source of friends (which comes out to be an impressive 3 or 4) but I thought against it. I won't let my curiosity get the better of me.

How fascinating though. Hrm. Curious and curiouser.

God is good. All the time. Even when sin overcomes.

A Solitary Get-Away

This is my third post for the day. I have done this before but all the posts were pre-thought out and I just wanted to post it before I forgot. Today, however, I'm posting out of shear boredom. All I know have gone away to their respective colleges and I am stuck at home. I finished watching Firefly and Serenity and I'm lining up Chuck. As much as I would love to sit down and watch another 15 hours of television shows, I just had to do something else. In my time of solitude, I've stressed out about my music video, wrote a list of things I don't want to do but must, thought about getting a girlfriend, and saddest of all, I wrote my third unpremeditated post on my blog.

I am struggling with the second half of break.

However, I found a solution. I'm going to go out. On a solitary get-away. I'm going to get away from myself. But I'm not going to anybody either. I'm going to go and pay a painful 10 dollars to watch a movie at the Long Beach Town Center (hopefully, it'll be matinée and a bit cheaper).

Right now, I'm in the process of choosing the movie and I hope I choose well. These long hours of solitude taught me a valuable lesson. I will bold it for emphasis.

"One cannot live alone for too long. Everybody hates themselves too much to do so."

I know. Philosophical. I'm going to make this movie viewing as religious and spiritual as possible. I'm going to pray before I go, pray at the theatre, and pray right after I wake up.

Wish me luck friends.

Godzilla

I just fell in love with Alvin's creation. So I'm gonna try to replicate it (or perhaps just use it from the church) in my music video (I do hope Alvin doesn't mind) and post up pictures about it. Some may say it's narcissistic of me to post pictures of myself. I just call it vanity.

I call this, "Godzilla in the Twenty First Century"

I call this one, "Godzilla in Motion"

I dub this one the more dubious, "The Feast"

Dominos - The Big Pink

I think I like this music video because of the Asian drummer. :D

My Attraction To The Religious and A Little Rant On Girls And Boys

I found myself getting more and more attracted to religious figures in television shows and movies. I really like Frollo in the Hunchback of Notre Dame. I like Jesus in the Passion of the Christ.

My latest infatuation is Shepherd Book in Firefly. There is this one thing he says that I thought was pretty funny.

Shepherd Book: "If you take any sexual advantage over her, you're going to burn in a very special level of hell. The level reserved for child molesters and people who talk in theatres."

That's more or less what he said. There are definitely some things religiously, that he says that I kind of wince at but overall, he's a likeable character and he has extremely crazy hair.

Anywho, I also just wanted to say something that I kind of figured out concerning girls, boys, and what they do to express adoration for the other.

Girls spend time on boys. Boys spend money on girls.

That's why you always hear boys complain about finances and you never see girls. (When they are in a relationship)

Of course, this is a broad generalization but I see that this is fairly true. More or less. Give or take a couple truth units.

Keep God in your hearts. :D

PostScript. Zac Efron comes out in Firefly. Man, even as a child he's made amazing choices. He's so cool.
